Mr. Gum received his Bachelor of Science degree from SEMO State University and his Juris Doctorate from University of Missouri- Kansas City. He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 1992. Mr. Gum served 23 years in the United States Army National Guard and served a tour of duty in Kuwait/Iraq from 2002-2003. He retired as a Lieutenant Colonel in 2006. Mr. Gum and his wife, Tamara-Jane, have four beautiful children. He loves traveling with his wife and children, attending a slew of children's activities and spending time outdoors.

Mrs. Ham is the office manager and legal secretary for the firm. She has over 25 years experience as a legal secretary, with two law firms, all the while working alongside Mr. Gum. She and her husband, Mark, have four grown children, who are the light of their lives. She loves spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren, enjoys sailing and traveling with her husband.
